Mr. Carter and his team did a phenomenal job sealing our driveway. We have the driveway edged with stone and they were meticulous about edging and not splattering the rocks or my house. He also paved the driveway a few years back with zero problems or issues. Honest and fair company that does what they say. It looks great! Thanks!

Highly recommend this company! They have done multiple jobs for me over the years. All with fair pricing and the job was still good many years later. Have used the cheap guys and really regretted it. Having to have a mile long driveway patched after it was paved only a year ago is not something you want to deal with trust me! These guys are the ones I will be calling to fix the other companies mess. Great family owned business!

Mr. Carter, and his two Sons headed up a great Team for our driveway & landscape job. Actually finished better than we first planned. Carter Paving is locally owned and operated right here in the Roanoke Valley, maybe going on 80 years now. First met Mr. Carter working in our neighborhood some time back, and it’s been a good relationship. On our project his Team worked to tweak a couple things and make it all come together great for our Family. Love it! We’ll work together again next Spring. You should too!

Carter Paving. tar & chipped a 1200’ driveway for us. They were extremely neat, professional, reasonably priced & worked on our schedule. Would definitely use them again & highly recommend their company

We had a very nice experience having our driveway paved. Mr. Carter is very courteous and so easy to work with. The employees were all hard workers and did an amazing job. I highly recommend and will use them again as needed.

Jimmy Carter and team is top of the line! Very professional & personable! It’s always nice to be able to communicate with who you are working with. They do top quality work and understand what they are doing. They leave your place cleaner than when wet they started. I would never consider anyone else to do my stone & asphalt work! Feel free to call me to look at their finished product! I’m in the business and not the easiest guy to satisfy. They have exceeded my expectations always!!!

James R Carter Paving did a fantastic job paving our driveway. They came on date that was planned started immediately and the job was completed in a very timely manner. We love the driveway and it’s just beautiful. I would definitely recommend James R Carter Paving.
